GROSS (B2B/CIM)

Our customer is a transportation company from Lithuania and we are looking to hire 7 Java developer from Romania for this long-term project.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Java Developer. If you have a degree in Computer Science or a related technical/scientific field, at least 3 years of hands-on Java software engineering experience, and a knack for solving complex problems, we want to hear from you!

As a Mid-Level Java Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of backend Java development for a variety of enterprise-scale solutions, specifically tailored to the transportation industry.

Remote Work: This is a remote B2B/CIM, long-term position for developers based in Romania (ideally North-West, Center or East)

Key Requirements:

• Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related technical/scientific field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in software engineering using Java.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Database Skills: Good knowledge of JPA and SQL.
• Architecture: Experience with message-based architectures.
• Security: Demonstrated experience in developing secure applications.
• Configuration Management: Familiarity with configuration management.
• Code Quality: Strong emphasis on solid development practices and code quality.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with customers.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of HTML & JavaScript
• Good knowledge of Angular or a similar UI framework
• Experience with containerized apps and container orchestration solutions
• Experience with IBM queues and ActiveMQ
• Continuous integration and deployment experience
